INGREDIENTS:-
1 TSP OLIVE OIL
TOFU / PANEER 60 GM
1 BOWL CHOPPED VEGETABLE ( CARROT ,TOMATO,OINION ,BROCCOLI,CAPSICUM (RED,GREEN,YELLOW)
SPICES( HALDI POWDER ¼ TSP ,CURRY LEAVES ,BLACK PEPPER POWDER ,HIMALAYAN PINK SALT)
½ LEMON
RECIPE:-
HEAT PAN ON SLOW FLAME.
ADD OLIVE OIL.
ADD JEERA ½ TSP AND 3-4CURRY LEAVES.
ADD TOFU / PANEER.
ADD HALDI POWDER.
ADD CHOPPED VEGETABLES.
SPRINKLE SOME WATER.
ADD BLACK PEPPER AND SALT.
COVER THE LID.
AFTER 5 MINUTS CHECK THE VEGETABLES ,IT SHOULD BE SOFT ONLY NOT COOKED.
ADD LEMON JIUCE .
