Ingredients

 

·     1 medium-sized apple, cored and chopped

·     1 cup milk

·     ½ cup plain Yoghurt

·     ¼ cup rolled oats

·     1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup ( optional)

·     ½ Teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

·     Ice cubes

 

INSTRUCTIONS

·     Mix all ingredients (apple, milk, yoghurt, rolled oats, honey, maple syrup & cinnamon) in a blender

·     Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add few ice cubes to make it chilled.

·     Taste and adjust the sweetness level according to your preference.

·     Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
