SPROUTED MOONG CURRY  INGREDIENTS:-

  1.     SPROUTED MOONG 160 ML BOWL
  2. 1 ONION
  3. 1 TOMATO
  4. 1 GREEN CHILLY
  5. KASHMIRI RED CHILLY POWDER ¼  TSP
  6.  SALT AS PER TASTE
  7. CORIANDER LEAVES
  8. JEERA ¼  TSP
  9. DHANIA POWDER ¼  TSP
  10. HALDI POWDER ¼  TSP
  11. HING ¼ TSP
  12. 1 TSP DESI GHEE
  13. FRESH GARLIC PASTE 1 TSP.

 

SPROUTED MOONG CURRY RECIPE:-

1. CHOPPED ALL VEGETABLES.

2. COOK MOONG  IN THE COOKER  WITH 2 WHISTLES.

3. FOR TADKA  HEAT PAN AND ADD 1 TSP DESI  GHEE.

4. AFTER HEATING ADD  JEERA, AND ROAST IT  FOR A FEW SECONDS TILL BROWN.

5. ADD ONION AND FRY ON LOW FLAME TILL IT WILL BROWN. 

6. ADD HALDI POWDER, HING, KASHMIRI RED CHILLY POWDER, AND DHANIA POWDER.

7. ADD TOMATO AND GARLIC PASTE AND COOK UNTIL TOMATOES ARE SOFT.

8. ADD COOKED  MOONG  AND BOIL IT FOR A FEW MINUTES.

9. ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
